Simple, fair and without unnecessary complications.
We handle every order individually according to product availability and delivery options. We inform you about all important conditions in advance.
1. Delivery
After receiving your order we will contact you and agree the delivery method, address, delivery cost and estimated delivery date.
For larger products we arrange delivery individually according to the product dimensions and delivery location.
2. Payment and deposit
Products in stock
No deposit
If the ordered product is in stock and already made, we do not require a deposit. We confirm the payment terms when processing your order.
Made-to-order products
50 % deposit in advance
If the product is not in stock and must be made, we require a deposit of 50 % of the product price in advance. We agree the remaining amount and any delivery cost with the customer before completing the order.
We always inform you about the deposit amount and payment terms before confirming the order.

We prepare delivery
Once the agreed payment conditions are met, we prepare the product for dispatch or delivery.
